We find that commercial clients would rather have us provide them with the information that they require by agreed reporting structures. We will provide reports or information to you as and when you wish, either scheduled or ad hoc. That way you can have the information that is important to you, presented as you want it.

We are aware that your own time is important and do not believe that you should be made to find out the answers to your questions yourself.

You will always have access to a named fee earner with full knowledge of your cases to answer any questions that you have at any time.
