Our relationship with this client started several years ago with the handling of a small number of debt recovery matters.

The Company then gave us a problem file, which was with another firm of solicitors but which appeared to have hit a number of barriers. With only 1 week to go to the trial we sorted everything out and secured a judgement for the full debt and all costs. We then immediately dealt with enforcement and in a race against the debtor managed to secure our clients judgement the day before the debtor declared himself bankrupt. As a result we were able to recover the clients debt in full notwithstanding the debtors bankruptcy!

Since then we have been asked to become much more involved in the running of the Company's debt recovery process and we now fully manage this.
